health tips!

Happy Friday 13th everyone!!!
Today I have health tips.
Lately I’ve been up on my healthy eating; better then I was a few weeks ago. Also I try to jog now every morning or afternoon, even on weekends if I feel the need to will jog around the neighborhood or with a friend. Keeps good stamina. If you know me you know im not a real big unhealthy person. Only meat I eat is chicken and seafood. My weakness is chicken I can say. I’m trying to get more into becoming vegan. It’s just one step at a time. Completely stop eating meat? Yea I'm crazy right? I just feel its a healthier choice for my body and future health decisions. My daily eating habits consist of:
-bagel
-chicken cheese wrap
-grilled chicken salad
-cereal milk
-water
I'm not big on candy so that not really apart of my food choice. I'm only 125, 5"1/2, so its not much to lose. I have to stay toned and fit. My walking helps and jogging daily or every other day. I even try to fit in leg and thigh and glut exercises. I realized I'm a lot more relaxed and calm after my work out. I'm more level headed for my day. It was hard honestly trying to get myself into the grove and it was a lot of self motivation. So my first healthy tip I want to give is.
1. GET OFF YOUR BUTT AND START YOUR OWN HEALTHY FIT LIFESTYLE!
It really does start with you. Whether its cutting out certain foods that aren't healthy. You know you don't drink enough water start by drinking more water. Buy a huge jug keep it filled with water and carry it around, make a goal of how many times to fill and drink daily. Anyone can give advise and tell you how to go about things but you are your biggest motivator! You have to take the first step and move yourself into becoming a better sexy you. 🤞🏾❤️
